Keeping It Real,  Money

Opting out of CBDC

Yesterday, I received an email announcing a 5-Day CBDC Opt-out Challenge, which appears to be promoting the idea of utilizing cryptocurrency. While I’m not a big fan of crypto, I personally do not want to jump on board the CBDC wagon.

So, I’m doing what I can to migrate away from using digital dollars.

We sell products online. We’ve been doing it for decades now. It’s what has enabled us to stay home to raise & homeschool our kids and build our homestead. But now, seeing the direction things are going in the world out there, I don’t want to continue down that path much longer.

I want to live in the real world, to include engaging in human interactions face to face, and exchanging things of value with those whom I know & trust, without any interference from the Central Banksters.

Cash, Barter or Gift

Ideally, we would rather operate in a barter or gift economy than a monetary one. So, my husband and I have been working to develop a personal network of folks in our local & regional areas with whom we can undertake that type of endeavor.

But as long as cash continues to hold some reasonable value, I’m willing to trade personal goods & services for it, especially when dealing with those at a greater distance.

So, I just finished putting together a page on this site identifying different products we currently have available for others to see online and potentially purchase offline for cash (or barter) – with the exception of HarvestRight products. (They must be purchased online through HarvestRight.com utilizing their payment methods).

Top Priority: Stay Free

Please understand, our top priority is not to make money. Our top priority is to stay free. But there are things & services we need at this point that we cannot obtain without money, so here we are making the transition from digital dollars to cash sales/purchases, value-for-value exchanges & gifting. Do you want to join us?

Let us know and stay tuned to read more about our personal Barter / Networking strategy.
