Faith,  Keeping It Real

End the Idolatry!

Until the idolatry of the major religions ends, the good promises given in the Scriptures will remain unfulfilled. The only promises that will remain are the bad promises that were already heaped upon Israel. The lessons remain unlearned. Unfortunately, very little, if anything, has changed. Those that would be a nation of priests are still whoring after the modern iterations of Nimrod, Semiramis and Tammuz.

Every Christmas and Easter even the most casual believers join right in on the worship. Every First Day they gather under the steeple of Ba’al’s phallus. The rulers place the same phallus in the national town square. The idolatries can be witnessed at the nearest graveyard. So on, and so forth, ad nauseum.

The good promises remain unfilled for a reason. It is too bad the blind can’t see and incline their ways to the clear expectations of the Creator. The whoring must first be acknowledged, as the Prophets have screamed repeatedly. Only then will the people finally repent and then receive the good things that have been intended all along.

If this seems a bit vague, then by all means focus on the first two of the Ten Commandments.

P.S. If you suppose to be a leader or teacher in an organized religion, then go ahead and check out the third. If you really want to get crazy, then go ahead to number four. That one is a gift to humanity, and it is the easiest one of all when you set your heart to it. However, I digress.

Number One and Two. Get it right. First and foremost. Then, and only then, will the good times be that much closer to fruition.

“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

“You shall have no other gods before me.

“You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 10 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.
