Faith,  Keeping It Real

Christians, Test Your Worldview

For all the Christians out there, how well do you really know what the Bible says?

Have you studied to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth?

Or have you trusted your leaders to teach you the truth and then leaned on their understanding of the Bible to shape your worldview?

In Whom Have You Put Your Trust?

I’m afraid there are a lot of lost sheep in the world who believe they have found their way because they are in the company of other sheep who all follow a shepherd, showing them which way to go, filling their belly and making them feel safe.

But many (& I mean, MANY) of these shepherds who have been feeding these sheep are either lost themselves or are, in fact, wolves in disguise, and they are not only leading their sheep astray, but they are also leading sheep to slaughter.

It’s Time to Audit Your Belief

If you have never tested your supposedly Biblical worldview, then I encourage you to do so right now.

Because while we may be living in the last days of an age of some kind, the earth is not going to suddenly cease to exist.

And while our time on earth may be short in the grand scheme of things, we were designed to live here on the earth and produce generations to come.

However, we are in the midst of a series of extinction level events (as well as an overhaul to bring about a new world order that seeks to enslave, control & oppress the masses), all of which are being done by the hands of evil men.

And I’m afraid that many who ought to be opposing the death & destruction of the lives of innocent men, women & children, are standing idly by, with some even cheering it on due to a misplaced trust in a false paradigm.

Why?

In my view, it is partly because many Christians (among others) are confused about (a) who the God & Jesus of the Bible really are, (b) what the Bible actually says, and (c) how the contents of the Bible are being applied to the world today.

What Does the Bible Say About God & Jesus?

According to the Bible, there is a God who created the heaven & the earth, the sun, moon & stars, the grass, plants & trees, the birds of the air, fish of the sea & beast of the field, and man. (See Genesis 1)

The New Testament speaks of a man named Jesus, who is the physical son of Joseph & Mary, making him the physical son of David by way of Joseph.

I realize this next statement will sound blasphemous to some, but Jesus is not God. The Bible calls him the son of God, but he is never identified as God. Instead, he is continually referred to as the Son of Man (by himself) and as the Son of David (by others), as well as the son of Joseph.

God is the Creator. Man is His creation.

The New Testament goes on to say that Jesus died. And it says that “God” raised Jesus from the dead. (See Acts 2:32) These are two separate entities: Jesus and God.

Having been raised from the dead by God, Jesus was said to have been seated at the right hand of God in heaven. He was glorified, but this glorification did not make Jesus God.

People within Christianity have been taught to serve & worship this man as God, worshiping a creation as its Creator, but the Bible never says to do such a thing.

And unfortunately, many Jews today believe what Christianity says about Jesus without investigating the matter within the Bible for themselves.

Therefore, most Jews dismiss Jesus as being the Messiah that was prophesied in the Old Testament to come (because they rightly understand that the Messiah is supposed to be a man, and more specifically, a physical offspring of David, which is what the Bible says Jesus is).

The Bible speaks of men being anointed with oil, which is what a “Christ” or “Messiah” is. This does not make these men God, nor does it make them perfect. Throughout the Bible God appoints men to be prophets, priests & kings. They are anointed men of God, and they are all subject to God. None of them are God.

What Else Does the Bible Actually Say?

Those who claim to hold fast to the Bible for their understanding of who the Creator God is (& who the man Jesus is) really need to take a long, hard look at what the Bible actually says.

Why?

Because the Creator God of the Bible does not approve of having any other gods in His presence. He does not approve of having anyone idolizing a creation. And, He does not approve of having His Name taken in vain. (See Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 6.)

It seems to me that all of these actions are committed when people insist that Jesus is God and worship him as such.

And if you read what the Bible says happened to those who belonged to God when they went after other gods, you will see that God forsook them, and they were handed over to their enemies. Time and time again. (Thus, their continual need for a savior.)

How Are the Contents of the Bible Being Applied to the World Today?

The Bible essentially tells a story primarily about Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, their descendants & their relationship to/with God that took place a very long time ago.

The story is told in two parts. The first part is referred to in the Bible as the Old Testament. It is the Hebrew Scriptures, also known as the Tanakh or The Law & the Prophets & the Writings.

The second part is referred to as the New Testament, which consists of several accounts of Jesus’ ministry & death, an account of the Acts of the Apostles Peter & Paul, and a variety of letters written from several different authors to several different audiences living in the first century AD.

While this book contains poetry, words of wisdom, valuable instruction and a valuable historical account from which we can glean valuable lessons, I believe the prophecies that are recorded within the Bible have all been brought to fruition.

The Messiah that was prophesied in the Old Testament to come has already come. His name is Jesus, the son of Joseph, son of David.

And the house to be built in God’s name by the son of David that was prophesied in the Old Testament is already underway and expanding every day. It is a household for God — of men & women behaving as God’s children.

The destruction that was prophesied by Jesus in the New Testament to come has also already come. It took place in 70 AD when Jerusalem was besieged and the second temple was destroyed.

So, there is no other Messiah to come. There is no third temple to come. There is no second coming of Jesus.

These are all false hopes that have been sown into the religious consciousness over many generations.

And, I believe, the Powers-That-Shouldn’t-Be are using these false notions to carry out their wicked agenda.

I realize I am messing with people’s religion in making this post, but considering all of the atrocities that are being committed today, I feel compelled to speak out.

Call to Action

For those of you who consider the Bible to be a significant factor in your worldview, please, audit your beliefs. Look at what the Bible actually says and make any necessary adjustments to align yourselves with it.
