Hello friends. A new chapter has started in our life here on the Wiggle homestead. We finally got real internet installed after waiting for many years. This opens the opportunity of sharing my voice by video. The old internet might have uploaded at 1mb and now we are uploading a nearly 100mb. An upload that would have taken all night and been paused for errors now takes just a few frustration free minutes to be completed. Hello world!

Carrie and I have been talking about what we want for our future selves and how to perhaps achieve that. In all of our knowledge seeking and solutions based approaches to what ails us in this world we have come up with a singularly important endeavor. It is the cure to many of the ails we all face in these darkening days. It is quite simply, to find our people. Our tribe. Our clan. Those that share in a culture, worldview and passion similar to our own. We must not only find these kindred spirits, but we also must find a way to cooperate in a daily fashion. We must learn to work together as community to fill each other’s needs. We must rely on and care for one another. This is quite the monumental and far off task.

We have decided to not be deterred from this task. We have been trying for many years to curate this very tribe but none have seemed to be interested in the arduous path. We know many wonderful people but they do not quite seem to be our tribe. They are just too comfortable within the status quo while we have no interest in such. We just are unwilling to settle with society on it’s current terms. There is already far too much compromise on our part. We have long ago reached the point where we must do what we must do. The irony is not lost to us as we delve further into the social media systems controlled by corporations. We compromise where we must to get the job done. It is our hope that if we share our voice in the greater space of the video sharing on social media, we can perhaps find those most like us. We hope for opportunities to arise and to take root on home ground.
