Exchange
We all need things to live, and we also want things. Some of which we can provide for ourselves, whereas others we cannot. Hence, our need to engage in exchange.
These exchanges are typically done either through monetary means via commercial enterprises or through charitable means via non-profit organizations. And when neither are available, many choose to seek government assistance.
In recent years it has become abundantly clear that:
- Our monetary system is failing,
- Most non-profits are under government control, and
- Government assistance is usually more harmful than good.
Therefore, in order to continue to get what we need &/or want without the unwanted control or harm of governing agencies; we realize we must engage in alternative practices.
And given the destructive behavior of those who create & control the money supply and those who govern commerce and public entities & affairs, we believe we need to shift from operating primarily in the public & commercial realms to functioning mostly in the private peer-to-peer realm.
This means we need to:
- Find & use alternate mediums of exchange.
- Switch to alternate ways of exchange.
- Be more charitable on an individual level.
- Become more private & personal in our exchanges.
Some have chosen to use cryptocurrency as an alternate means of exchange, however we personally don’t (partly because it’s a digital currency that is only accessible through technological means).
For the most part we have become accustomed to engaging in exchanges online. However, we recognize our vulnerability in that environment and the fragility of technology. So, we are modifying our online behavior and directing more of our attention to conducting exchanges offline and within our local area.
Check out some of our offerings to see if there’s anything you might want/need from us. And if you find anything of interest, please check out some of what we’re always on the lookout for and get in touch with us to see about making an exchange.
And if you’re able & willing to assist us in any way, here’s some of what we need and/or want.
